Wattenberg Disposal, L.L.C. ("Wattenberg") owns the only commercial EPA regulated Class 1 deep injection disposal well and facility in the State of Colorado. A 40 acre farm containing the 10 acre site of the Wattenberg facility is owned by KLD.
